Thierry Marchisio

Thierry Marchisio has completed several projects, including the implementation of a complete ERP architecture based on a Serverless architecture with GPU capabilities for running generative artificial intelligence (LLM, AI Agents, Image Processing and Generation) inference models, aimed at accelerating R&D and operational processes. This system relies on modern technologies, integrating multiple AIs, graph modeling, and production workflow visualization, on a secure Cloud-Native technology stack.

- Design the technical architecture of the ERP and internal tools infused with Artificial Intelligence, primarily based on React Router, Docker Compose, and Node.js

- Develop the backend in TypeScript with Zod typing, OpenAPI documentation, and Scalar documentation

- Model business data in PostgreSQL relational database and Memgraph graph database, Code-First with migrations using Drizzle ORM

- Deploy visualization tools and manufacturing workflows with React Flow

- Integrate autonomous AI micro-services (Ollama + CUDA + PyTorch) via WebAPI to automate certain business decisions

- Integrate Kafka for an event-driven architecture and monitor API interactions with a log pipeline

- Create business dashboards and integrate GPU observability for AI usage

Thierry Marchisio held the position of National Director for the Cloud, Data, and Artificial Intelligence offering at Sopra Steria France. He managed, coordinated, and participated in many different projects. In parallel, he coordinated the strategy, technical teams, and key partnerships, particularly with Microsoft France, while representing the company in events and working groups.

- Define and manage Sopra Steria France's national Cloud, Data & AI strategy

- Supervise and lead technical expert teams distributed across the country

- Coordinate the offering roadmap and value proposition structuring

- Manage the strategic relationship with Microsoft France on Azure, Copilot, OpenAI, and Data topics

- Participate in industry events, conferences, and working groups

- Align regional and sector entities on a unified strategy

- Support business development and activity growth

- Foster synergies between Cloud, Data, and AI teams

Thierry Marchisio joined the Operations team in the international Midas entity, serving all agencies across several countries. He was the point of contact for integrators, developers, and the Marketing and Finance departments.
