Project Context: Pilot the new Data platform via a redesign of the insurance product repository of goods as well as reporting indicators on claims and membership aspects. This project was conducted in Agile Scrum with a team of 5 people.

In this project I was responsible for:

▪ Facilitate workshops with business lines and understand the existing business process in order to improve it.

▪ Propose a process in terms of data governance

▪ Facilitate workshops on data governance and implement it on Data Galaxy

▪ Pilot and participate in the framing of target reporting indicators

▪ Participate in the choice of new technologies to implement

▪ Pilot and participate in the framing on the redesign of the product repository

▪ Participate in the first POC on the AWS cloud of the new platform

▪ Monitor and manage the project in Agile Scrum (feeding backlogs in user-stories, the various Agile ceremonies)

Environment: Amazon Cloud AWS (Redshift, DMS, LAMBDA, SAGEMAKER, ...), DATAGALAXY, SALESFORCE, JIRA, DATA VAULT, POWER BI.

• Facilitate Steering Committees and Monitoring Committees

• Define Data roadmaps.

• Pilot load and capacity plans for teams.

• Facilitate workshops with the various stakeholders, understand the existing business process in order to improve it.

• Propose a process in terms of data governance and dataQuality

• Facilitate workshops on data governance and implement it on Data Galaxy

• Evaluate and supervise data quality and identify optimal approaches to resolve data quality or consistency issues

• Coordinate and communicate actions between stakeholders

• Conducting acceptance testing and functional tests in collaboration with the business line

• Contribution to the team's agile practices and support the business line in the agile transformation

• Pilot and participate in the framing of target reporting indicators

• Participate in the definition of the architecture and choice of new technologies to implement for projects.

• Pilot and participate in the framing and implementation of the product repository redesign

• Pilot the implementation of Data work on the new AWS platform

• Monitor and manage the project in Agile Scrum (feeding backlogs in user-stories, facilitate the various Agile ceremonies)

Project Context: This is a transformation program of commercial management within ITM AI. The project aims to implement a new commercial management tool for both Support Services and Points of Sale. In my scope, the objective was to ensure the improvement of the company's Data division, the quality and governance of data, as well as their accessibility for the various use cases. In this company program, I was responsible for:

• Management of the IT program with several teams and projects called LOREA.

• Cross-functional coordination (Business Lines, MOA, Architects, MOE)

• Identify and share the impacts between the roadmaps of the different business lines

• Facilitating meetings with stakeholders.

• Project methodologies: Agility (SAFE Scrum KANBAN)

• Study of needs, Identification of requirements, specifications

• Map the data

• Analysis of the existing, impact study / Risks and ensure a double run

• Budgetary evaluation / schedule

• Plan and supervise Data projects, ensuring their execution on time and within budget.

• Production project charter /Framing note

• Process modeling

• Contribution in architecture: Functional / Application / Flows.

• Rationalization of existing BI reporting.

• Participation in the choice of a target solution and its ROADMAP.
