Definition of product vision and strategy in collaboration with the management committee (funding, development). Functional design, user experience and interface design for new features. Writing and prioritizing user stories, monitoring development, QA testing. Facilitating working groups on disability and digital technology. User research and interviews, and field testing. Monitoring and analysis of KPIs, evaluation of the impact of implemented measures. Development and management of the product roadmap, balancing user needs and annual objectives set by management. Maintenance of the product backlog. Sprint monitoring and reporting to the management committee. Writing product topics for tender response documents. Project coordination in partnership with external organizations. Facilitating and representing Auticiel in project follow-up committees. Participation in the development of Auticiel's commercial strategy. Management of Auticiel's product team (4 developers and one illustrator). Annual reviews, definition and review of individual objectives.

Definition of client needs, development of mockups necessary for the implementation of features to be developed. Contribution to the backlog and participation in establishing the roadmap. Design of the graphic charter, creation, documentation, and monitoring of the maintenance and adherence to the design system. Collaboration with developers before, during, and after feature development. Facilitating workshops on the creation of future applications.
