In 2021 , the European Central Bank (ECB) launched a state-of-the-art cloud based digital platform : The Virtual Lab. This platform facilitates cross-border teamwork and allows European banking supervisors to explore innovative ideas and to collaborate on AI developments and other projects. In charge of the user in-app onboarding experience program :

• Define the user onboarding experience strategy that leads to increase activation, product adoption and customer success

• Define and select the user onboarding tools

• Create the user onboarding experience

• Measure objectives and task success
