About Tingting

Initially a developer, I discovered the agile philosophy in 2012 where I quickly adhered to its principles. I subsequently completed a research Master's thesis titled "The implementation of agile methods within companies."
I had the opportunity to carry out agile transformations within Amundi and AccorHotels. Today, with my coaching skills, I wish to help other companies in their agile transformation journey.
