About Tina

With 7 years of experience in Data, I have worked in large groups such as Kering, BPCE, and Pernod Ricard. My main tasks included data processing/cleaning, quality verification, and dashboard creation and updates. I also worked on data science projects using Dataiku and Alteryx (I am Alteryx Advanced certified). I master visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI, as well as R, Python, and SQL languages.

    Mission 1: Data Analyst
In the context of migrating the customer database for all Kering houses, the mission aims to support business and Tech teams on data quality topics.

One specific topic concerns the internalization of a database cleansing and deduplication service, previously handled by an external provider.
The main tasks are as follows:

    • Inventory existing deduplication and cleansing rules
    • Implement these rules using Python scripts
    • Perform comparative analyses between obtained results and expected results (from the external provider)
    • Present these analyses to the business to modify/improve and then validate the rules one by one with the business (a Kering house)
    • Once the rules are validated, communicate the results with each of the other houses
    • Write technical specifications and validate them with the Tech team for industrialization

    Mission 2: Data Product Owner

Within Kering's Customer Domain, I act as Data Product Owner for the Customer Profile squad. This squad is responsible for all customer personal data (names, addresses, phone numbers, emails, etc.). In addition, I am responsible for industrializing the deduplication process, continuing from my first mission. In this context, the tasks are as follows:
    • Gather needs from the business or other clients (business or technical)
    • Study the context and feasibility of the request
    • Transmit the request to the developer in the form of specifications in a Jira ticket for implementation and production
    • Perform UATs
    • Write documentation

    Result
    • Twelve deduplication rules implemented on GCP in production and running daily. Duplicates in the customer database are now identified internally.

In a digital transformation context, Pernod Ricard is launching its KDPs (Key Digital Programs). I am involved in one of them called Matrix. This is a tool built using machine learning to help the business optimize its marketing investments across touchpoints and brands. The project is carried out in 2 initial stages: deployment and "refresh".
My role was data analyst for the Spain refresh.

    My tasks were as follows:
Ensure the smooth functioning of the process for adding new data so that the data scientist can easily re-run the model
Cooperate with the various stakeholders in the process (business, data scientist, data engineer, cleansing team)
Collect new data with the help of the local data steward. Different sources for different types of data (media, sell-out, sell-in, trade marketing…)
Ensure that all necessary data (brands, touchpoints, and period) are collected with the correct granularity
Participate in the definition and optimization of processes, including automation
Write guidelines for the cleaning team to format the data. Create workarounds if necessary.
Create a mapping table to ensure a unique taxonomy across data sources
Design dashboards and validate data with each data steward
Analyze the risk of integrating a new data collection tool
