As a freelance Data Specialist, I help organizations grow further in the field of data & analytics by working with modern, scalable, and insightful BI solutions. I develop and implement Power BI dashboards, data models, and data processes that help organizations make faster and better-informed decisions. My work includes extracting, cleaning, and transforming data from various sources (SQL databases, Azure cloud, APIs), primarily using Power BI, SQL, DAX, and Power Query. I work closely with stakeholders to sharpen their questions, improve processes, and deliver insightful BI products that align with their objectives. I also pay a lot of attention to knowledge transfer. I train users so they can work independently with the dashboards and models we build, and I support organizations in increasing their data literacy.

Developing various Power BI data models, reports, dashboards, measures, and online workspaces in an Agile/scrum DevOps team. Unlocking and processing data from SQL databases and other sources. Training and supporting stakeholders in using their own data products and dashboards through Self-Service Analytics.

Performing statistical analyses with SPSS. Reporting research data with Power BI and Excel. Preparing work files, optimizing data processes.
