Timothy Tereshchenko

I am a final-year Applied Informatics student at the Cracow University of Economics (UEK). I have been interested in software development and IT security since the age of 15. I've worked with many programming languages—Go, Rust, JavaScript (Node.js, TypeScript, and different frameworks), and C#—mostly for backend development, though recently I have been working on the frontend a lot too. I've used SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL and MongoDB), Redis, and I'm familiar with queues, concurrency, etc.

I think the most important skill in software development is the ability to understand architecture, so I like to think of myself as an engineer.

I was always especially interested in Information Systems Security: understanding and finding vulnerabilities, stress-testing applications, data security, etc. For the past six months, I've been working at a company where I focus heavily on that.

I am studying right now, but my classes don't take up too much time, so I am usually free most of the day. I would gladly help anyone who needs a hand with their projects or if you need to develop something from scratch!
