Personally hired 10+ employees, including multiple team leads, senior product managers and more. Lead creation of ways of working for product management and product analytics, and worked with design leadership on design ways of working. Deployed OKRs to part of the organization.

In my role as Head of Product at Hoxhunt, I lead the Product Management and Product Analytics team. In addition, the Design and Service Experience (Customer and Technical Support, Threat Analysis and Social Engineering Awareness Content creation) team leads report to me, and I work together with said teams to improve their day-to-day work. Finally, I work as an acting senior product manager for one of our product teams: our machine learning and analytics product team.
