Hello, I'm Tim!

I was active as a strategist in various corporations. Most recently, I conceptualized and designed OTTO's largest business model transformation in history for and with the executive boards. At the same time, I have been working in sports for many years as a national coach for the U24 Men's National Team in Ultimate Frisbee.

Whether in business or sports, I couldn't escape one realization in either world: Having a plan and the skills is not enough. Success requires team intelligence – that is, knowledge of how roles & behavior create an impact in the group.
