🚚 Management of the Parisian area (+department 55) with a team of 50 drivers:

- Operational/HR management: implementation of driver schedules, daily monitoring (compliance with regulations, safety), implementation of routes, management of paid leave/sick leave + search for temporary workers if necessary from agencies

- Transport plan/scheduling management: construction of the geographical area schedule to link lines, rolling stock and human resources to form a profitable and balanced transport plan

- Customer management: quality monitoring, direct contact for additional requests or modifications, proposal of means

- Revenue/Freight forwarding management: freight search on freight exchange to increase the revenue of the operation, route planning to increase profitability.
