About Tiffany

Independent UX/UI Designer based in Toulouse. I can work remotely or on-site.
Since 2018, I have been assisting startups, VSEs/SMEs, and large corporations in the creation and redesign of their digital products (SAAS software, Intranet portal, mobile application, website).

I rely on a 4-step work method:

1 - User research and analysis of the existing: I identify your users' needs and expectations through interviews. In the case of a redesign, I analyze your product.

2 - Co-design workshop for the sitemap and user journey

3 - Wireframe design (black and white functional mockups): Here I focus on the structure of the different interfaces. I identify the placement of different elements on the page (where to put text, an image...)

4 - Design with the creation of a mood board which will be applied to the mockups

I have a preference for designing SAAS software and mobile applications. These types of projects are always challenging and exciting!

Are you a web agency looking for an UX/UI Designer to support one of your projects? Are you a company with design needs that require professionalism and flexibility? I can intervene on a punctual or global basis in your various projects.

Looking forward to discussing your projects and needs.
See you soon,
Tiffany

Plugandwork is a document storage solution for businesses. The company received numerous negative feedback from users and is aware of the tool's weaknesses. The company wishes to address these issues to satisfy its current customers and conquer new market shares, particularly by integrating AI.

We started by reviewing the different user journeys. Once identified, I created the wireframes and then the mockups.

In 2023, Qantis launched its marketplace dedicated to its members (mainly construction professionals), but quickly realized that they were unable to connect to the platform. The member service received numerous calls and emails about this. The marketplace was little or not used, and navigation problems were observed. The conversion rate was very low and the cart abandonment rate was high.

After an ergonomic audit and discussions with the after-sales service teams, I reworked the onboarding and purchasing journeys.

    EDUCATION AND E-LEARNING
    December 2022 - March 2023 (3 months)
    Genève, Switzerland
Edidact is an educational platform allowing students to revise their subjects.
Karim, the CEO of the Edidact platform, hired me for two projects:
    - Redesign of the web platform
    - Creation of the mobile application

Project 1: Redesign of the web platform
I started by analyzing the existing platform and gathering feedback from the Edidact team. This allowed me to clearly identify the blocking points and integrate the features to be added.

Then, with Karim, we had a co-design workshop to identify the different user journeys.
This allowed me to design the wireframes (functional mockups). Before starting the design phase, I created two mood boards. The client chose one, and I applied it to the mockups. I used a UI kit to harmonize the design, facilitating my work as well as that of the development team.

For each step, I created both mobile and desktop versions.

And finally, I created the dark mode version of the platform.

Project 2: Creation of the mobile application
Once the first project was completed, we moved on to the creation of the mobile application.
The work had already been well advanced during the first project.
We started by defining the sitemap and user journeys during a co-design workshop. Then we created the wireframes and mockups.
