Tièba Ndjarma

As a constitutional law tutor for undergraduate students, I provided individualized and group pedagogical support aimed at strengthening their understanding of fundamental concepts and their mastery of legal exercises.

In this capacity, I organized and led tutorial sessions focused on assimilating the major principles of constitutional law, particularly the separation of powers, the hierarchy of norms, the constitutionality review, and the functioning of political institutions.

I also assisted students with the methodology of legal exercises, especially legal essays and text commentary, emphasizing the construction of a relevant problematic, the development of structured plans, and the rigor of argumentation.

Using an adapted pedagogical approach, I identified the specific difficulties encountered by students to offer clear, progressive, and accessible explanations, thereby fostering their intellectual autonomy.

Furthermore, I contributed to the correction of written work, providing detailed and constructive feedback on writing quality, the coherence of legal reasoning, and the precision of the knowledge mobilized.

Finally, I ensured the establishment of a supportive and stimulating learning environment conducive to students' active participation and academic success.
