This service provides good route information that matches the destination criteria of the product from an origin location.Once they arrive at the HUBs, they are processed by sorting machines and directed to chutes assigned with a route code for the agencies. Parcels are ready at this stage to be delivered to the final customer.Concept: Development of a set of applications that allows managers to build a common database of routing paths and sorting criteria (used later by trucks and sorting machines). REST web services exposed to other company applications to find the best parcel routing. To optimize sorting in HUBs/agencies, the sorting plan construction tools are developed to adapt to local infrastructures.Achievements:
- Java/Spring Boot / Cassandra / Kafka / Postgres Microservices to retrieve tracking information, parcel information, and functional repositories.
- JAVA/Spring / ReactJs Web Applications deployed centrally used by managers to design routing paths and sorting plans used in agencies.
- Responsive Web Application Java/Spring / ReactJs deployed locally used by Chronopost operational agents. The application ensures the proper routing of parcels to chutes based on information retrieved by a scanner. It prints tracking labels and synchronizes them with the central Chronopost database via Kafka.

As part of this project, the team aims to develop and deploy digital tools for the "children, adolescents, young adults, and parents" prevention health category, in order to strengthen the efficiency of prevention programs by providing the general public with a digital health companion.Concept; The project is specifically designed for young people aged 11 to 21. It allows them to navigate the often-troubled waters of mental and sexual health. It facilitates the work of health experts in building relevant content, enabling young users to develop their knowledge on these topics. Exchanges between health professionals and users can take place via digital spaces.Achievements:
- Writing functional specifications and custom interface design on Figma.
- Design and development of the BackOffice in Node JS / React Js, allowing healthcare professionals (an association, psychologist, or doctor...) to create quizzes, challenges, informative resources, and prizes. Artificial Intelligence functionalities (Google Services) are implemented to verify textual and media content.
- Design, development, and distribution of a Flutter Mobile Application on the Stores (Apple and Google). The application allows young users to take quizzes, participate in animated challenges, consult press articles, and also win prizes. It also features a chatbot by discussion topic and a messaging space.

It is the best real estate management platform for informing tenants about building life, reporting problems effectively, and inviting them to participate in building operations tasks by rewarding them.Concept:At the heart of this project are not solutions, but people who, through their application, can share, help each other, and interact around their housing life. Our goal? To create an intelligent and human-centered solution to simplify and improve interactions. The challenge here is to create an ecosystem between the different real estate stakeholders (agency, tenant, owner) that automates urgent actions such as reporting an incident while maintaining human and close relationships through connections between the parties involved.
