• - Handling of 28 client accounts on a daily basis, including: bookkeeping, account review, VAT declaration including VAT on margin for used car dealerships (mastery of calculation and application rules), corporate tax, income tax declaration, etc.

• - Management of VAT recovery or non-recovery on expenses related to passenger cars and utility vehicles.

• - Accounting and monitoring of invoices with VAT self-assessment in the construction sector.

• - Advice and tax security for client accounts regarding VAT (document verification, consistency of treatments).

• - Preparation of the balance sheet in collaboration with the chartered accountant, preparation of the tax forms.

• - Statutory audit mission: review of all cycles: fixed assets, cash, loans, equity, participation in the drafting of audit reports.

• - Bookkeeping (accounting for around a hundred files, especially during balance sheet period, reconciling supplier and customer accounts…)

• - Preparation of tax declarations (monthly VAT, corporate tax installments, CVAE, IRPP…)

• - File monitoring, preparation of draft balance sheets, preparation of the balance sheet and tax forms.

• - Statutory audit mission, review of all cycles: fixed assets, inventory, customers, suppliers, cash, participation in physical inventories, management report, drafting of summary notes for audited cycles.

• - Recording and verification of unsecured and preferential claims.

• - Monitoring of cases and determination of the scope of verification operations and related deadlines.

• - Management of entries to be recorded in the business software in accordance with current internal procedures.

• - Corrections of claims and publicity formalities, monitoring of lapse claim procedures, claim disputes, and resulting court decisions…
