More than 10 years at Volkswagen, much of it in driver assistance development: safety-critical systems that must run stably under real-world conditions. International projects with teams and suppliers from Europe, Asia, and America, including China, Japan, USA, Mexico, and the Czech Republic. Escalations up to the board level. This is the background I bring to every project.

Much was possible within the group, but rarely felt. Long decision-making processes, rigid structures, little direct feedback. In my spare time, I started advising clients and building technical solutions. The direct feedback, the client's satisfaction, the feeling of having created a product that truly helps: that was the moment I knew I wanted to do this full-time.

I gather problems from all sides, bring the right people to the table, and create the foundation for joint solutions. I understand the language of developers as well as that of decision-makers. This understanding for all stakeholders is why projects progress with me.

As an interim project manager and solution architect, I take responsibility from day one. I analyze existing processes and structures, identify where capacity is lost, develop a concrete concept, and implement it. With a modern AI automation skillset, but always with the engineer's perspective: What really needs to work in the end?
