Hello, I'm Thomas - I founded my own recruitment consultancy, Mercier Recruiting, in 2021 and specialize in placing suitable candidates. I have many years of experience in personnel services.

I have worked for some of the leading personnel service providers in Germany. In doing so, I have held various roles. Most recently, I was responsible for building up the Sales & Marketing division in Bavaria. This included the structural and personnel development of a team of several people consisting of account managers and recruiters. The focus was on placing experts in the area of temporary employment (ANÜ).

In addition to my disciplinary management tasks, in coordination with my divisional management, I was responsible for aligning our strategy, budget planning, and business development.

Throughout my career, I have negotiated and implemented numerous framework agreements for the direct placement, contracting, and temporary employment service sectors. Therefore, I offer companies various services in the areas of Human Resources and Procurement.

In addition to operational and strategic recruitment tasks, I also create supplier evaluations and handle the procurement of personnel services, among other things. Together with my clients, I determine the corresponding evaluation criteria, their weighting, and measurability. The insights gained from this are then incorporated into the purchasing & personnel procurement strategy.
