1. Pioneered the creation of a dedicated compliance consulting department, offering comprehensive cross-border trade compliance services. My expertise spans a diverse product range, including toys, electric & electronics, machinery, furniture, home decor, textiles, personal protective equipment, cosmetics, and groceries. Our primary focus is on ensuring

compliance with regulations in the EU, USA, and AU markets. 2. Spearheaded the establishment of an electric and electronics laboratory, overseeing the procurement of essential testing equipment for safety assessments. This included AC power supply, high-pot tester, leakage current tester, heating tester, ambient chamber, motorized test stand with force meter, etc. Additionally, I formulated test procedures and conducted training sessions for testing engineers.

Managed a team overseeing technical compliance for diverse consumer products (electrical appliances, tools, furniture, toys, children's goods) across Europe, North America, Australia, the Middle East, and Japan. Ensured alignment with latest regulations in product design, packaging, and documentation. Compiled recall manuals, led multi-market recalls, and coordinated with regulatory authorities.

Conducted supplier audits (ISO 9001, ISO 19011), analyzed complaint data, and led cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues. Managed two laboratories, oversaw inspection processes from pre-production to mass production. Implemented EUTR Due Diligence System with Asian suppliers and passed annual Control Union audits.

Built a global compliance knowledge system and trained an international team (China-Netherlands). Addressed market surveillance actions, developed countermeasures, and managed corrective actions. Monitored compliance risks and reported to senior management for timely resolution.
