Synopsis helps brands collect, analyze, and anticipate customer feedback to reduce churn, reassure stakeholders, and mobilize their fans. As an operational and financial co-founder, I manage Synopsis's administration (budget, payroll, contracts, internal and external staff management), operations (report delivery, site and collection SRE, GenAI implementation and monitoring), as well as the quality system (GDPR, Security, Sox2).

Scalingo is a PaaS cloud provider, meaning pay-per-minute rental of web resources for developers. I restructured the commercial offering by opening up Scalingo's large account segment with the introduction of a managed SRE offering, which allowed the company's revenue to double each year (revenue of €250k, then €1M, then ~ €1.7M). I also helped structure the company by creating the large account technical sales team, the company's recruitment process, and implementing internal procedures (scaling from 2 to 24 employees in 2 years).

OCTO Technology is the leading French ESN in Agile and Digital Transformation. I completed a 6-month Agile training program there (Skool 1). I had assignments for mid-sized and large companies, both private and public. I designed products for my clients, influenced them or helped them choose solutions; I trained and supported them in their ambitions.
