Responsible for monitoring internal control systems (ICS), supporting operational functions (Sales, Project Execution, Delivery) with country-specific financial issues, and assisting with organizational and corporate restructuring. Proven leadership skills in managing accounting and controlling teams for several German companies in the Metals Business Area.

Additional focal points include revenue recognition according to IFRS 15 (POC, SubSupplier Progress, WIP), financial risk management, and providing decision-relevant information for local and global management.
