For authors: I support them in writing their text and compiling a file, which I then prospect with publishing houses.

For publishing houses: I carry out external editor missions (reading and correcting manuscripts).

For other structures: I do consulting in the field of books.

I am also writing a book, leading a geopolitical festival project, speaking at the University of Strasbourg and hosting meetings at the Kléber bookstore.

- Management of an author portfolio:

• Editorial monitoring of high-stakes projects (Alain Bauer, Alain Mabanckou/Pascal Blanchard/Abdourahman Waberi, Nicolas Sarkozy, General de Villiers...)

• Contribution of projects (essays such as Towards School Secession? or Predatory States, testimonies such as The Furrows We Trace, From France Complaining to France Winning or (Desperately) Seeking Employees, investigation such as Bouaké), definition of strategy and budget, oral presentations, development of a promotion and media plan

- Coordination of the editorial service (12 people):

• Participation in the programming and strategic orientations of the publishing house (100 new releases per year)

• Management of a team of 8 people

• Relations with the sales and press departments
