I work in complex contexts involving multiple teams (product, IT, business), with a clear objective: to restore visibility, structure management, and secure delivery.

Currently RTE for a strategic program at France Travail, I coordinate several streams and work in close collaboration with other development trains. I ensure the link between the delivery teams (fab) and the business objectives of my train, in order to guarantee overall coherence and alignment of work.

I manage PI commitments, dependencies, and risks, while improving tracking reliability via Jira and implementing appropriate indicators.

I particularly intervene in contexts where:

management lacks clarity

dependencies are numerous

teams lack visibility on progress

My approach is pragmatic and results-oriented, with a strong appetite for structuring, tooling (Jira), and implementing reliable KPIs.
