Management of the supply chain for Hermès's number 1 Jewelry workshop, respecting industry requirements.

Team management of 13 people across 4 departments:

_Purchasing and Procurement: Evaluation and proposal of raw material needs and supplier management

_Planning: Scheduling and animation of production in compliance with deadlines and customer requirements

_Production Outsourcing: Budget management and partner follow-up

_Flows: Management of incoming stones and outgoing finished products

Upstream: Development of purchasing strategy (Budget: €5-7M): annual forecast construction, supplier monitoring, offer rationalization, and performance optimization (-25% purchases +15% BEST sales)

Supply Chain: Optimization of logistics costs through revision of pallet mapping, process flows, and transport challenges (-3% cost vs. turnover)

Downstream: Management of multi-BU procurement (5 BUs, 22 POS, €21M turnover) to optimize product sales (stock-out rate halved and sales +8%)

Projects: Overhaul of stock processes, destocking solutions, implementation of Business Intelligence and performance dashboards, after-sales service strategy, inventory management

Upstream: Development and monitoring of seasonal and commercial operations forecasts

Supply Chain: Monitoring and challenging warehouse performance (+12% service rate, 250k pieces annual shipment)

Downstream: Management of procurement and retail strategy (270 POS, €80M turnover, +4% sales) through stock allocation revision, store clustering implementation, and increased transfers (€400k turnover)

Projects: SCORETEX ERP implementation: retroplanning/meetings/integration and data control, Dashboard development, Champs Elysées store opening.
