Specific Context:Mission carried out urgently over 4 months, starting from scratch, to meet a contractual deadline.

– Initial maturity assessment and gap analysis

Result:ISO 22301 certification obtained with 0 non-conformities.

I supported MADP Assurance, a mutual insurance company, in structuring its business continuity system in compliance with the European DORA regulation.

– Assessment of the existing situation and analysis of DORA requirements

– Development of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP)

– Performance of Business Impact Analyses (BIAs)

– Design and facilitation of a crisis management exercise

– Design and facilitation of a BCP tabletop exercise

– Raising team awareness on operational resilience issues

Result:Operational BCP system compliant with DORA's digital resilience requirements.

Development of a web application dedicated to facilitating realistic crisis exercises, to support consultants and crisis management managers.

Features developed:

– Simulated news feed (inspired by X - Formerly Twitter)

– Secure internal chat between cells

– Definition of roles for each participant

– Simple and immersive interface for all participants

Objective: enhance team engagement during training, simulate modern communication channels, increase realism, and professionalize exercises.

The tool is used during crisis simulation missions, particularly as a complement to consulting services. It enhances the value of workshops while facilitating facilitation for consultants.
