I supported PARAGON Éditique, a major player in document processing and publishing services, in its ISO 22301 certification process.

Specific Context:Mission carried out urgently over 4 months, starting from scratch, to meet a contractual deadline.

– Initial maturity assessment and gap analysis

– Structuring of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)

– Conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA)

– Development of business continuity plans

– Implementation of governance and associated documentation

– Preparation for the certification audit (mock audit, team support)

Result:ISO 22301 certification obtained with 0 non-conformities.

I assisted Nickel, a neobank of the BNP Paribas group, in the complete redesign of its BIAs according to a new methodology aligned with the group's approach.

Mission performed:

– Facilitation of BIA interviews with 20 departments

– Redesign of the impact analysis method and harmonization with the BNP Paribas group's framework

– Consolidation of a unified view of business impacts

– Proposal of a roadmap for strengthening operational resilience

Result: a consolidated map of business impacts and a clear trajectory for improving resilience.
