    Volkswagen Financial Services AG (VWFS), based in Braunschweig, is Europe's largest provider of automotive financial services and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Volkswagen AG.
    As part of a strategic preliminary investigation for the realignment of the CRM system landscape in the German service market, I was responsible as a Business Analyst for the business analysis, process documentation, and test conception of relevant CRM processes.
    The goal was to reach a technology decision between Salesforce and SAP and to create a coordinated CRM target state as the basis for the subsequent implementation project.
