With a dual expertise in project management and e-commerce, I now offer my services to hoteliers for all matters related to e-distribution, revenue management, and multichannel project management.

For a little history, I spent 5 years working in live performance and culture (Cultural Center, Convention Centers, Public and Private Museums...) and decided to change my path. I therefore swapped theater seats for hotel rooms, and became passionate about selling them for another 5 years. Optimizing occupancy and price per room are two common characteristics in these fields. Even if we use different sales channels, the idea remains the same: Every room not sold by the end of the day is "lost".

And indeed, hotel sales channels are my specialty. It combines the subtlety of creating a non-refundable rate sold only in Peru for 25-40 year olds who have a mobile, with having a global view of the restrictions of all sales partners to ensure that this small non-refundable rate in Peru does not disrupt the hotel's general pricing lines. All this without changing configurations every morning because every change has a cost. We must therefore consider the operating costs of each tool, their interoperability (connectivity), and the human adaptation of hotel staff to these tools.
