Initially the sole technician for a very small e-commerce company (5 employees), I undertook the development of their online sales website. Success followed (over 40 employees by the time I left), the company grew significantly, and I, leading a small team in the final years, had to develop and implement the necessary business processes for its operation and growth management across all departments (data exploitation marketing tools, statistical tools, order preparation and control tools, accounting exports, ERP implementation and evolution, supply chain management, carrier relations, after-sales service tools, integration with marketplaces, reputation sites, etc.) while continuing to evolve the company's websites (new features, caching, security, etc.) and managing the entire internal IT system and server administration.
