About Thomas

Freelance electromechanical project manager, I leverage 35 years of experience within RATP, a large part of which was on mechanical transport systems (escalators, moving walkways, elevators…). I work as a Project Manager, AMOA, or Design Office Coordinator, from the study phase to commissioning.

I spent 24 years in the maintenance of railway areas in stations. Holding management positions for technical teams (low voltage, high voltage, electromechanical equipment, and finishing work…).

Since the end of 2014, I have held the position of project manager, leading electromechanical renewal programs in stations, very often in conjunction with station renovation projects. The work carried out covers electromechanical, fire safety systems, low voltage, high voltage, and civil engineering.
I manage deadlines, costs (significant investment budgets), and the quality of my projects. The construction sites for my projects take place in public access buildings (ERP) and workplaces (ERT). I rely primarily on the urban planning code, the labor code, the construction and housing code, and escalator and elevator standards.

I enjoy managing projects from start to finish and have a high degree of autonomy and a good sense of organization. My adaptability, the rigor I already impose on myself, and my team spirit allow me to unite people around common goals.

🤝 Today, I am launching myself as a freelancer, initially for part-time assignments (1 day/week), with the goal of expanding my activity to full-time after retirement.
