Mission: Budget Manager for the operating expenses of the Paris Prefecture

• Ensure the monitoring of credits received from the Ministry of the Interior in CHORUS applications for the Paris Prefecture.

• Participate in the preparation of management reports and status updates

• Develop, implement, populate, and master steering tools and dashboards,

• Ensure the end-of-year closing and the most complete and detailed use of allocated credits,

• Ensure the proper dissemination of ministerial and regional framing elements to the Prefecture's managers and provide them with the necessary support,

• Participate in the animation of the network of budget managers of the Prefecture and ensure the proper dissemination of information.

Mission: Performance Management of the Île-de-France Regional Prefecture

• Animate the network of departmental management controllers of the prefectures: harmonization of best practices, advice, organization of the regional performance stakeholders committee several times a year.

• Develop, implement, and populate the steering tools and dashboards necessary for management:

• collection and consolidation of quarterly management control data;

• analysis of collected and consolidated data

• preparation of the regional annual performance report;

• Produce memos, diagnoses, and studies, participate in meeting preparation, and pay particular attention to priority missions

• Participate in other performance-related missions (quality-user relations and change management such as the application of the "stay" guide

• Participate in management dialogues for program 354, in conjunction with the Financial Affairs Department, Collect and validate data related to the prefecture's most representative activities, assess the relevance of the choices made by the evaluated structure

Missions: Manager for the "Metropolis" budget scope

• Carry out monitoring and analysis of staff and costs for local teams;

• Lead the closing, estimation, pre-budget, and budget processes;

• Challenge costs allocated by the Group (Mapping, Service Agreements...);

• Be the primary contact for legal managers within the scope.

• Implement a management control tool

Missions: Manager for the reporting of provisional contracts and projects

• Evaluation of project risks and opportunities

• Management of offers in collaboration with responsibility centers

• Production of provisional commercial reporting

• Analysis of discrepancies between provisional and actual contract performance

• Analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reports.
