Decathlon - Android and NodeJS development for an employee application. The application allows stores to communicate with their local and regional customers via multi-channel publications: by email, Facebook, Youtube, and on the Decathlon consumer application (Shopping App).

Complete migration of the application to Jetpack Compose with a new architecture and a new UI/UX. Implementation of CI/CD. One-click deployment to production. Autonomy and proactivity in the entire redesign, both technical and functional, in collaboration with the PM, designers, and the supervised team.
