I supported theDepartmental Council of Lot-et-Garonnein the design and creation of Bienvenue Docteur, a platform aimed at strengthening the attractiveness of the region for health professionals.

The mission began with anaudit of the specifications**, followed by **co-design workshopswith the teams (objectives, target audiences, priorities, user journeys). This work clarified needs and structured an information architecture adapted to various profiles (internal staff/students, replacements, established doctors…), with simple entry points and a mobile-first navigation.

Throughout the design process, I integratedaccessibility best practices(readability, hierarchy, components, keyboard navigation, contrasts, etc.) to produce a clear and inclusive interface.

I producedwireframesandfunctional specificationsto secure choices and facilitate integration, then carried out the web design.

I also managed coordination and communication throughout the project.

I supported the Lot-et-Garonne Film Commission in redesigning its website, from clarifying needs to UI design.

The existing website, outdated and non-responsive, no longer met user needs. The objective: createa more useful, engaging, and easily evolvable website over time.

I supported theBusiness Solutionsdepartment of the carrierPrimeverin designing a business application for online ordering for their clients.

The mission began with aco-design workshopto define thekey user journeys(new order, past orders, templates, summary).

I then **created the wireframes and the UI design**, with particular attention to readability and mobile ergonomics despite a dense interface.
