- Purchase of equipment and services related to infrastructure, Intellectual Services, Facilities Management Selection and supplier management for: Consulting, Engineering, Outsourced Services, Finance, Legal, Communication, and Marketing

- Coordination of purchases for: Events and seminars, Communication and digital agencies, Marketing and public relations, Travel

- Management of travel bookings and services + Support for the IT Unit Occasional assistance concerning: IT equipment, IT services, Software and telecommunications, Objectives

• Ensure smooth and consistent purchasing management.

• Strengthen collaboration between departments.

• Optimize costs while ensuring the quality of purchased services and products.

- This approach effectively meets the needs of all departments while maintaining high quality in purchasing management.

Freelance mission consisting of: Providing expertise and support to contribute to the purchasing of this Commodity: Optimizing the total cost of ownership of the commodity by applying the strategy defined by the Commodity Manager

• Management of strategic purchasing files

• Launching RFQs, negotiating with suppliers, comparative analyses between suppliers,

• Resolving supplier conflicts o Achieving QCD, SMART objectives

• Contributing to the application and deployment of purchasing tools and methodologies

• Management of cross-functional files:

• In-depth analysis and control of purchasing segments

• Handling cross-functional issues to be defined

Setting up and managing a purchasing and procurement team, Supervising the supply chain and warehouse

Implementing the purchasing strategy according to Quality, Cost, Delivery criteria Negotiating multi-site framework agreements Supervising and participating in procurement Managing internal and cross-functional projects with R&D, production, methods, QHSE departments. Monitoring and creating purchasing indicators within the framework of the continuous improvement plan (PDCA). Drafting tenders and Supplier Selection Evaluating and managing supplier performance (on-time delivery (OTD), Non-conformities, price variations, supplier risks) - setting up and monitoring KPIs Updating prices and purchasing data in the ERP
