This role in professional customer management sharpened my skills in active listening and precise communication of complex issues. These practical experiences in daily customer contact flow directly into my business coaching: they enable me to provide my clients with practical methods for successful preparation for global remote jobs, as well as for confident and goal-oriented communication – also in an international and English-speaking context.

Fundamentals in handling IT systems, software products, and AI-based applications in the context of customer and process management. Planning and execution of market and customer analyses, including preparation of results for internal stakeholders. In-depth knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) as well as structured maintenance and segmentation of customer data. Conception and documentation of standardized communication and service processes in the SaaS environment. Analysis of existing process chains, identification of optimization potential, and use of automation tools. Use of agile working methods (e.g., Kanban/Scrum elements) for prioritized processing of requirements and team coordination.

In my role at Blue Cargo Biketechnik, I was actively involved in the development and support of cargo bike prototypes. A key focus was on close, cross-border coordination with manufacturers across Europe. I independently handled all correspondence in English for technical consultations, specification clarifications, and spare parts procurement. This interface role not only perfected my negotiation skills in Business English but also showed me how smooth remote collaboration works across national borders – practical knowledge that I now pass on in business coaching.
