    In a context of accelerating Data & AI usage in banking, BPCE has structured its AI initiatives for the benefit of customers, advisors, and customer relations centers (CRC).

    Within the Client Data/AI Transformation, Advisor & CRC department, the challenge is to contribute to commercial development and improved customer experience, while industrializing AI use cases at the Group level, in coordination with establishments, business/marketing/digital teams, and the Data/AI IS platforms.
    The mission is part of a strategic planning phase with the definition and formalization of the 2025-2026 roadmap.

    MISSION
    - Transverse management of a portfolio of generative AI projects (Client AI / Advisor AI) and Dev Co AI focused on commercial performance (customer acquisition).
    - Organization and facilitation of platform management rituals (PO meetings): preparation, facilitation, consolidation of inputs, and action tracking.
    - Development and updating of consolidated management materials: timelines, project progress, pilot establishment mapping, industrialization trajectories.
    - Coordination of business, digital marketing, establishment, and Data/AI technical stakeholders to align priorities, platform capacity, and milestones.

    CONTEXT
    The public reinsurer CCR (Caisse Centrale de Réassurance) divested the majority of its subsidiary CCR Ré's capital in 2023 to a consortium of two French mutual groups, SMABTP and MACSF.
    This majority sale allows the public reinsurer to refocus its activity on its public service missions and strengthen its capabilities in its historical core business, particularly in addressing challenges such as natural disaster risk coverage.
    As part of the split of CCR and CCR Ré entities, the mission's objective was to ensure the contractual continuity of all service providers for each of the two entities.

    MISSION
    - Verification of the completeness of the census of contracts and services shared between CCR and CCR Ré (scope, owners, deadlines, criticality).
    - Structuring and consolidation of the separation monitoring: contract categorization, identification of dependencies and service disruption risks.
    - Coordination with business referents, the legal department, and operational managers to secure the processing of separation actions (amendments, termination, transfer, renewal).

    Following the 6-year, €600 million IT platforming program by AG2R La Mondiale, the mission takes place after a scoping phase and aims to support the transition to operational management for the Savings & Retirement Originator environment.
    The objective is to coordinate delivery work and align stakeholders on the progress, milestones, and priorities of the 6 sub-projects, covering individual, collective, annuity, and death benefits.

    MISSION
    - Transverse management of the 6 sub-projects for the Savings & Retirement Originator project (individual, collective, annuities, and death benefits): coordinating contributors, tracking progress, and managing dependencies.
