🚘 HACKATHON 2 NATIONAL - VROOM

In short: theme provided by AWS France, car rental site between individuals with fleet management.

Branding consultant at ZAKKA Agency.

In charge of projects for: TER, OUI.SNCF, TRANSILIEN, DESJOYAUX, SALTO, FRAMATOME, PROWEBCE, MALAKOFF HUMANIS, UNILASALLE and CETELEM

Assignments:

-Brief taking / brief writing

-Project scoping, in collaboration with pole managers

-Monitoring the proper organization of key project moments (creative brief, agenda, task boards, KPI definition...)

-Monitoring the quality of deliverables (scope of work, planning, execution, functional and technical specifications, testing plan, final project...)

-Monitoring worklists with the client, alerts as needed and for actions (client and/or internal)

-Monitoring compliance with deadlines, budget, and profitability.

Achievements: audit, brand strategy, identity (naming, logo, graphic territory...), graphic charter, language/tone charter, brand architecture, communication kits (online and offline media).
