Here are the main steps of my workflow 📒:

- Understanding the need

Analysis and discussion with your users to identify friction points with the tool. Each project is unique and has its own ecosystem. A targeted UX/UI solution necessarily requires a perfect understanding of the product, its challenges, and its stakeholders.

- Product Ideation

Design of the first mood boards / wireframes / visuals in line with previous analyses.

Prototyping and animation of the product (with several iterations if necessary)

- Product Delivery and Monitoring

Provision of resources necessary for product development.

- Personas / Empathy Map

- Wireframing / Prototyping

- Graphic monitoring
