Thomas Lachtrup

For 25 years, I have been involved in product development. I have experienced all sides. I have worked as a software developer and hardware developer. I am familiar with automated test environments and production requirements. I have met stakeholders and captured requirements, created rough and detailed designs, as well as estimated projects and supported development teams. For many years, I have been following Agile approaches. In the end, what counts is that a product is created with which the client earns more than they spend. I would like to support this.

At 15, I started to get involved in computer programming. And that has not let me go to this day. During my studies, I logically started earning money by creating computer programs. And since the end of my studies, I have been working as a service provider. Initially in Windows and web programming, and since 1999 in the microcontroller world. After also working as a project manager, I now focus primarily on programming and consulting on topics such as developer efficiency, software architecture, and methods and tools for embedded development. I have programmed many microcontrollers bare metal and often act as a troubleshooter in tricky cases. I am looking forward to new tasks and challenges in new teams.
