I have led engagements across claims, underwriting, distribution, finance, and operations for a Fortune 100 global insurer and the world's largest reinsurance broker. Representative work includes a North American claims triage redesign that reduced effort by 50%, a $250M direct-to-consumer growth strategy that exceeded 25% CAGR over three years, a $70M business case for a three-year digital transformation, and the standup of a new data strategy group that scaled to 15 hires in its first year.

I also run an independent analytics practice serving owner-operator businesses, where the work ranges from driver performance scorecards for logistics operators to job management and invoicing systems for trades businesses.
