I am a facilitator and implementation partner for organizational development, supporting teams and small to medium-sized enterprises in shaping agile collaboration and process optimization in a way that truly works in everyday life. My focus is on creating clarity in collaboration and processes and implementing change in manageable steps – rather than getting stuck in concept papers.

I work in a systemic-agile, structured, and dialog- and action-oriented manner – with a clear focus on people and dynamics. In addition to working on concrete next steps, I develop clear, motivating visions with teams and leaders for what a coherent future for their collaboration and organization could look like – and use this vision to strengthen alignment and energy in the change process. At the same time, I am comfortable dealing with ambiguity, react calmly to new situations, and adapt approaches and plans when circumstances change.

A key part of my work is facilitation: I design and facilitate large workshop formats such as strategy and participation processes, as well as smaller formats in day-to-day project work – for example, retrospectives, clarification, and requirements workshops. These formats are always linked to ongoing work and are aimed at enabling concrete decisions and implementations. Many clients use me as a neutral, trustworthy sparring partner who, with an outside perspective, enables a different view of situations, provides direct, appreciative feedback, and consistently refocuses on customer benefit and impact. What sets me apart is the combination of depth and structure: I can hold spaces for uncertainty, conflict, and internal dynamics, as well as structure complex processes in a way that is understandable and manageable for everyone involved.
