• Management of the provision of a secondary backup infrastructure in Bastogne as part of the HCI AIS CORE infras termination program. Duration: 6 months, budget: €450k

• Business needs-oriented:

• Management of the remarkable Antartico project aimed at emptying a data center and migrating the infrastructure (network, SAN/VTL, servers) + applications of 3 subsidiaries (Spain, Portugal, Italy) to another DC. Duration: 1 year, language: English, budget: €8M

• Interface between project managers and the business: Framing and assisting in the formalization of project managers' needs, managing blocking points/conflicts, securing schedules and delivery commitments.

• Right-hand man to the team leader: creation of a service catalog, project arbitration, team workload management, transition to Agile methodology, budget landing management.

• Monitoring of internal projects: Creation & management of remarkable projects, monthly reporting updates, tracking of allocations, implementation of KPIs.

• Monitoring the transfer of "RUN" activities: Workload optimization, consolidation of transition kits, presentation of post-deployment projects to RUN (English).

• Monitoring callitrack issues with Problem Managers.

• Monitoring the capacity planning of the technical pole.

Pre-sales:

- Assistance in responding to client tenders: qualification, sizing of service and product offerings, migration method, presentations. Project Cycle:

- Project management, risk management, change management (scoping, amendments, etc.)

- Management and coordination of cross-functional operations (Client, partners, internal teams, others)

- Manage the contractual scope of the project, and ensure financial monitoring of projects (Revenue, Costs, Margin)
