Within the "IT Web" team, I led the continuous improvement of an international, high-traffic e-commerce platform, while actively contributing to its migration in a demanding quality-driven environment.

My involvement focused on several key areas:

- Technical Excellence: Rigorous refactoring, systematic code reviews to ensure code maintainability.

- Automation and Quality: Implementation of automated tests (unit and E2E) and dedicated CI/CD pipelines to reduce regression risks.

- Adaptation and Innovation: Rapid skill acquisition in new technologies, coaching colleagues in Clean Code principles and design patterns.

- Design System Architecture: To ensure good performance after migration, several elements of the design system had to be redefined, including the caching strategy.

I worked on various important business needs for the platform, such as:

- The care booking system;

- Payment functionalities with Adyen, with different needs and requirements depending on user countries;

- Communication with microservices, including the CRM for customer data synchronization;

- Generation of gift cards and vouchers for loyalty offers.

I was also assigned to refactor functionalities from modules exclusive to the "Commerce" version of Magento to the "Community" version, resulting in over €100,000 in annual budget savings.

This experience demonstrates my ability to combine technical pragmatism, collaboration with international teams (in English), and a sustainable vision for maintainable solutions.

The objective of this project was to replace the existing WordPress site with a custom-built solution comprising a React-developed SaaS application, a Symfony microservice, and the Nuxt website.

This strategic migration aimed to:

- Optimize Performance: Reduce loading times and improve user experience.

- Ensure Evolution Flexibility: Facilitate the addition of new features and adaptation to future business needs, without the technical constraints of a traditional CMS.

- Simplify Maintenance: Structure the code according to Clean Code and modular design principles, allowing for faster, safer, and less costly updates.

- Improve Security and Scalability: Benefit from full control over the infrastructure while preparing for efficient scaling.

Within the "DEV" team, I actively contributed to the redesign of the Magento 2-based e-commerce platform, developing in-depth expertise on its key components such as its EAV model, web APIs, stock system, and checkout process.

I contributed to the development of demanding business requirements, including:

- A custom checkout process;

- Catalogs dedicated to different brands;

- Complex display of promotions on product pages;

- Purchase and use of gift cards and loyalty "vouchers";

- Implementation of the payment system with Hipay.

I also participated in the development, with Laravel, of a microservice for customer data synchronization and a dedicated front-end application for managing this data.

From January 2021, I took on the role of technical lead for the digital team, providing expert support on technical choices, complex problem-solving, and team member coaching.
