Participation in the design and development of business software for care homes and home care services, digitizing and centralizing the management of patients, caregivers, care schedules, and medical/administrative documents. The solution replaces manual processes and significantly improves team coordination and care traceability.

Involvement across the entire application stack, with an active role in technical architecture and the development of key features:

-Design and development of backend APIs in .NET / C#

-Development of the frontend in Angular

-Implementation of critical business modules: patient record management, care planning, caregiver route tracking, operational dashboards, and reporting.

Also carried out a Business Intelligence project to improve strategic company management. This work involved structuring and leveraging business data to produce key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical dashboards, allowing management to precisely track activity, team performance, and the evolution of care services.

Contribution to several structuring technical projects for product longevity and scalability:

-Major migration of the Angular frontend from version 13 to 19

-Integration of interactive maps for route management using @angular/google-maps

-Strengthening of security, audit, and traceability mechanisms

Improvement of CI/CD pipelines, code quality, and automated deployment processes.

Measurable results:

-Significant reduction in administrative time for care teams through process digitalization.

-Improved operational management through dashboards enabling precise monitoring of activity and resources.

Participation in the development of business software for care homes. The project aimed to centralize the complete management of patients, caregivers, schedules, medical and administrative documents, in order to replace manual tools and improve team coordination.

During this period, I also worked on a strategic project for a reinsurer, involving the replacement of a very complex Excel file with comprehensive, structured, and collaborative software, enabling reliable, secure, and traceable management of critical reinsurance data.

Finally, I led numerous SharePoint installation, configuration, and customization missions for several companies (team sites, workflows, document management, security), in order to modernize their internal organization and improve information flow.
