Design of the first Direct Energie meter reading chatbot, to offer a 24/7 service available on Messenger to facilitate the start of new contracts.

One-week Chatbot Sprint with client teams, production of a V1 within the allotted time. Meter reading carried out by 100 people per day with a 75% completion rate. Online for one year before transitioning to a more comprehensive solution integrated with other customer conversation scenarios.
