1 - Context & Mission

Within the Digital Product Factory of the strategic program Vision 2035, I am participating in the project for a training equipment catalog for nuclear power plants.

2 - Key Responsibilities

Creation of user-friendly and high-performance interfaces, integrating complex components and optimized for a distributed cloud environment.

Active participation in defining front-end architectures, user journeys, and technical strategies to ensure consistency, scalability, and performance.

Definition and integration of automated testing cycles (unit & end-to-end) directly into the CI to secure each delivery.

Guardian of the project's user journeys, mockups, and code quality.

As a Lead Developer at a major player in the management of distributed solar farms, I led a complete refactoring of the front-end of a power plant monitoring application using React, Refine, Python, and PostgreSQL on a full AWS cloud infrastructure. This project, rooted in a Domain-Driven Design logic, aimed to improve the efficiency of our solar farm management application while aligning our technological development with the company's long-term vision and data management/operation. And by reducing the technical debt of this sprawling 7-year-old project.

Led a team of 7 developers on a ReactJS, Node stack. Organized all Scrum meetings and interviews/objectives/recruitment. Implemented roadmaps/planning and introduced and coded new tools (Strapi/Docker). Strong focus on stabilizing the product with multiple dependencies in an industrialization logic, as well as on specifications/user stories.
