Coordinated the development of water assessments to help our sites better identify and reduce their consumption. Conducted environmental impact calculations to define new emission limits, ensuring their regulatory compliance. Ensured compliance with regulations on complex issues, particularly PFAS. Led biodiversity action plans, from funding acquisition to monitoring concrete achievements on our sites. Fed reporting indicators on environmental and societal issues.

Coordinated safety prevention actions within the plant (PPE, toolbox talks, safety indicators, safety briefs, etc.). Managed relationships with HSE suppliers or the occupational health service. Implemented innovative projects (virtual reality safety inductions). Analyzed major incidents (fault tree analysis, KPIs, field analysis).

My main mission: to manage water consumption reduction at STEF across Europe. For each consumption point, I launched and led several working groups: Improve consumption monitoring, optimize water use in cooling systems, reduce water needed for cleaning trucks and buildings, adjust fire systems to save water, and mobilize teams for more responsible daily practices.
