My name is Thomas and I am passionate about two things:

- sports performance

- real estate investment

After training myself in the key aspects of real estate investment, namely property search, bank file creation, and taxation, I began investing to create and grow my real estate portfolio, which today consists of 13 apartments and garages, all with the common goal of being profitable projects.

A first personal purchase in 2018 of a Type T5 apartment, converted into a T2 and a T3 to optimize profitability (10%), along with a suitable tax regime choice, allowed me to gain confidence and skills.

Very quickly, the decision to create my SCI arose for the purchase of my first multi-unit building comprising 5 apartments and 3 garages, a project with a profitability close to 13%.

Other projects followed, allowing me to continue developing my assets.

Furthermore, for the past 5 years, I have been assisting friends, family, acquaintances, and strangers who seek me out to learn these key concepts and to invest more serenely in their first real estate investment.
