Thomas Faure

My name is Thomas Faure. A versatile and bilingual professional (French, Spanish), I have been supporting organizations and individuals for over fifteen years in their human resources, leadership, and professional development challenges. After holding several strategic positions in Geneva, I founded Institut du Leadership Sàrl, a company dedicated to training, career coaching, recruitment, and managerial support.

My approach is based on intentionality, clarity, and sustainable transformation: helping each person and each team understand their deep drivers in order to act with coherence, impact, and alignment. My vision of leadership is rooted in a demanding approach: to bring out the best version of everyone, not through external performance alone, but through deep inner work. This conviction guides my interventions, my training, and my collaborations.
