At INVERTO, I'm currently working as a consultant within procurement and supply chain management. I work for large European clients with worldwide operations. I'm used to learn and master complex topics very fast. I'm further experienced in leading stakeholders through complex and stressful situations and I'm experienced in mastering change management. My main job tasks include running category optimization projects and tenders. When running tender processes, I'm responsible for the entire end-to-end sourcing project, as well as alignment with our clients' key stakeholders. I have a clear track record of delivering specification optimizations & savings that exceeds the target by far.
