Organizational turnaround project with the Group HR Department and the Presidency:

- Structuring of the HR department in France, in liaison with the global HR director;

- Structuring of governance;

- HR support for the French General Manager and his teams (50 sales representatives, 40 experts, and associated support teams);

- HR support for the European Logistics Director in the context of expanding a logistics center in France;

- Social Dialogue;

- Modernization of existing premises project;

- HRIS overhaul project;

- Recruitment of 30 profiles in 6 months, including the European COO and the Sales Director;

- Transfer of the Central Warehouse from Germany to France in 4 months;

- Negotiation of departures and reduction of litigation risk.

- Establishment of HR foundations, scope of 200 employees and 3 legal entities;

- Organizational and cultural transformation: mergers, integrations, evolution of French leadership;

- Retention: reduction in turnover (-25%), innovative salary policies;

- Management of social dialogue: CSE elections, negotiation of agreements (substitution, remote work, profit-sharing...);

- Management and development of the HR team (HRBPs, TAM, payroll...);

- Close support for business needs (recruitment, departures);

- Resolution of internal investigations;

- Implementation of innovative HR policies, some of which served as examples within the WPP group in France;

- CSR policy: joint responses to tenders, ECOVADIS rating, AACC/AFNOR CSR certification, completion of the company's first carbon footprint with the WT Greenteam;

- HR consulting for executives within the WPP group;

- Support for two relocations.

- Change management and reorganizations (PSE, organizational turnaround), scope of 150 employees;

- Business Partner for managers on all HR subjects;

- Operational expertise: management of employee representative bodies, recruitment, performance, compliance (GDPR), management training, conflict resolution, E-NPS;

- Management of a team of 3 people, France and Germany (Payroll, HR administration, and general services);

- Consulting and support for group management during the business cessation project in Belgium;

- Support for two relocations.
