• Tutoring of a new Environment Production Supervisor (shotgun + pipeline)

• Preparation of the tools used by the environment team and supervisors during the pre-production phase to be ready when the production starts

• Active participant to studio meetings to improve the characters pipeline/ workflow and follow-up tools with the technical director team, production managers and senior production supervisors

• Maintain and update the department's schedule in-line with global schedule/ milestones

• Follow-up and update shot statuses and artist targets, to share shot status when required

• Working with Associate Producer/Producer/Production Manager to evaluate artists' targets, quotas, objectives, bids and breakdowns

• Organize, attend, and manage dailies and review meetings, take notes of all relevant information and distribute them to department's crew and artists (most of the review with the movie directors are only in english)

• Manage flow of information and transfer of information/work between departments

• Ensures that the artists have all the necessary information and warn production management in case of work overload

• Anticipate potential problems and production delays

• Design, improve and re-think Shotgun pages or Excel documents to:

- accelerate the access to information

- facilitate the tracking of the production manager

- improve the tools used by the artists

• Analyse the cost report and provide the production manager with a report and an analysis of it

• etc.
